Breitling Replica Chronoliner

A chronometer-certified chronograph to measure flight times, a second timezone display in 24-hour mode to juggle time differences around the planet, a scratch-resistant high-tech black ceramic bezel: the new Breitling Replica Chronospace reinterprets the spirit of aviation in an original and timeless style.

Across more than half a century, aviation has enjoyed spectacular progress. Planes’ performances have reached dizzying heights. The instrument panels featuring pointer-type counters and manual controls of the Super Constellation aircraft and the first jets have given way to computer screens and electronic joysticks. But two things have remained unchanged: flight captains still wear the same prestigious uniform; and a Breitling chronograph continues to sit proudly on their wrist.

Inspired by a model from the 1950s and 60s, an era when Breitling Replica Aeromarine was already an “official supplier to world aviation”, the new Chronoliner continues this tradition in a resolutely modern spirit. Its most distinctive feature is a broad bezel in scratch-resistant high-tech ceramic – one of the hardest synthetic materials – with a star-shaped cut-out to facilitate handling, along with white ceramic numerals ensuring an optimal contrast. The second timezone is clearly and simply read off thanks to the red-tipped hand and this rotating bezel with its graduated 24-hour scale, equipped with an ultra-precise ratcheted system. Just the ticket for a long-haul flight anywhere in the world. The performances of the chronograph, which is officially chronometer-certified by the COSC (Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute) like all Breitling movements, are displayed on counters at 12, 9 and 6 o’Clock. The dial is distinguished by a degree of legibility worthy of the finest flight instruments, with white luminescent hour-markers standing out against a black background, oversized hour/minute hands, along with counter hands also featuring a luminescent coating. The robust polished steel case with its 46 mm diameter radiates a strong presence on the wrist of professionals. The caseback bears the stylized planes that were a longtime Breitling Replica Montbrillant signature. The original and timeless touch is complemented by a comfortable and distinctive steel mesh bracelet. The new Chronoliner: the authentic flight captain’s watch.

Baselworld 2015 Preview: New Breitling Replica Hamilton Ventura “Elvis80″ and Worldtimer Chrono

With Baselworld 2015 just over two weeks away, Hamilton Watch Co. has released news and photos on two new models it will launch at the world’s biggest Breitling Replica Chronomat Evolution Watches fair: the Hamilton Ventura Elvis80, in honor of the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll’s 80th birthday; and the Hamilton Chrono Worldtimer, an aviator-friendly new world-time watch.

Elvis Presley — who would have turned 80 years old this year, on January 8 — famously wore a Hamilton Ventura watch in the 1961 movie Blue Hawaii. Afterward, that timepiece, which was introduced in 1957 as the world’s first “electric Replica Breitling Emergency Watches” and distinguished by its avant-garde triangular case, became widely known as the “Elvis watch.” Hamilton’s new version of the Ventura embraces its connection with the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll, and even includes a nod to the 80th-birthday motif: Hamilton has outfitted it with the recently introduced Hamilton H-10 movement, which carries an estimable power reserve of 80 hours.

The Hamilton Ventura Elvis80 carries all of the classic Ventura design codes, including a steeply sloped sapphire crystal (with a nonreflective coating) and curved dial and a curvaceous, shield-shaped case that flows seamlessly into the strap, which is offered in black rubber or leather. The black PVD-treated steel case measures 42.5 mm x 44.6 mm and boasts an array of smooth brushed and polished surfaces. Hamilton’s trademark orange color is used for the central seconds hand and the minute markers on the dial from 12 o’clock to 3 o’clock. A series of parallel, triangular lines surrounds the central dial, adding a sense of depth; a window at 3 o’clock displays the date. The nickeled hour and minute hands are treated with white Super-LumiNova and the winding crown has an engraved pattern.

The automatic version of the Hamilton Ventura Elvis80, powered by the H-10 movement and featuring a black PVD case, is pictured below; there is also a version with a quartz caliber, with a stainless steel case and available on either leather, rubber, or steel bracelet. According to Hamilton, the price will start around $1,o45 for the quartz version and $1,495 for the automatic.

The Hamilton Chrono Worldtimer features the design input of champion aerobatic stunt pilot (and Hamilton brand ambassador) Nicolas Ivanoff and is intended, according to Hamilton, as a Breitling Replica Chronospace Watches “on the radar screen of pilots and other individuals with broad horizons.” It contains a brand-new quartz chronograph movement, Caliber H-41, which can instantly switch between chronograph and world-timer mode and automatically adjusts for daylight savings times across the world’s 24 major time zones. The chronograph function itself is specifically tailored to aerobatic pilots, with a central counter spanning just 12 minutes and yellow markers to indicate the first four — the latter representing the maximum length of an aerobatic freestyle program in competition, with a penalty applied if this interval is exceeded. To change to world-time mode, the wearer simply presses the pusher at 10 o’clock, after which he can use bidirectional adjustment to calculate the time in the current time zone (along with day/night indication), as indicated by the 24 world cities printed on the outer ring. A brief press of the same pusher will display the current Coordinate Universal Time (UTC).

The Chrono Worldtimer has a big, 45-mm-diameter stainless steel case, water-resistant to 100 meters, with a nonreflective sapphire crystal and black dial. It comes on a steel bracelet as well as a black rubber strap (both versions pictured below) or a black leather strap with stitching. Prices for the Hamilton Chrono Worldtimer are expected to range from $1,245 to $1,295, with final pricing to be revealed at Baselworld 2015.

Breitling Replica Ball Engineer Master II Slide Chronograph

Ball Watch continues to introduce patented technologies to its Breitling Replica Navitimer Watches UK. In addition to the Engineer II Magneto S watch, with its new antimagnetic system, the company last year introduced the Ball Engineer Master II Slide chronograph, which uses a mechanical slide, rather than the traditional pushers, to start, stop and reset the stopwatch.

Breaking with the traditional architecture of both the two-pusher and the monopusher system, the mechanism in the Ball Engineer Master II Slide Chronograph combines the start, stop, and zero-reset mechanisms in a single integrated control, located at the 9 o’clock position on the case. This so-called “slide chronograph” — developed and patented by Ball Watch — uses a circular slide bar fitted around the movement. A clockwise rotation of this slide bar (i.e., moving the slider upward, after which it returns to its original position) starts and stops the chronograph function, while a counterclockwise motion (moving the slider downward) resets the chronograph hands to their zero positions. Ball Watch regards this system as an ergonomic improvement on the standard chronograph watch, because the wearer can use one finger to guide all the functions while wearing the watch.

The watch is large: its stainless steel case is 47.6 mm in diameter, providing ample space for the black dial, with chronograph subdials at 6 o’clock and 12 o’clock and a small seconds counter at 9 o’clock. Day and date are displayed in a window at 3 o’clock. A tachymeter scale for measuring speeds over distance is silk-screen printed onto the dial’s sloping flange. A grooved, chiseled bezel surrounds the dial.

Ball Engineer Master II Slide Chronograph - front

Like all Replica Breitling Super Ocean Watches, the Engineer Master II Slide Chronograph features a series of H3 gas microtubes for maximum illumination in low-light conditions. The gas in the cylindrical micro-tubes — 15 in total, including two in the hour and minute hands, 12 in the hour indices, and an additional one incorporated into the chronograph’s slide bar — releases light continuously and requires no additional light source to activate its luminosity, distinguishing it from the more common Super-LumiNova.

Ball says that the H3 gas is also 100 times more powerful than conventional luminous paints and lasts up to 25 years.

The Ball Engineer Master II Slide Chronograph contains a Swiss-made automatic mechanical movement, called BALL RR1402 (an ETA 7750 base upgraded with the patented slide mechanism) and comes in an extremely robust case that is impact-resistant to 5,000 Gs, resistant to magnetic fields to an intensity of 4,800 A/m and water-resistant to 100 meters. The crown screws down securely and the crystal has a nonreflective treatment. The Breitling Replica Bentley Watches, which will be available at retail this fall, comes on a stainless steel bracelet with a folding buckle and will be priced at $3,399.
